When you make a search using the Nexus Radio player, our software searches publicly available content from the internet in real-time. We do not host digital music or index websites that provide digital music. We do not have any affiliation with the websites that provide the downloadable content, and we have no way to determine the copyrights of the music content.
Nexus Radio has no way to distinguish asserted copyright rights unless they are attached to the content files. There is no presumption of ownership or presumed rights to content. Nexus Radio cannot distinguish between authorized and unauthorized media. Nexus Radio on-demand search does not "look" at files that match the user's description of what he/she seeks, but instead searches textual tags that accompany the media.
